This original pattern does not include cutting out layouts or a guide to fabric requirements. All later patterns include all the features of any other commercially available pattern.

The price reflects the fact that for this particular pattern, cutting out layouts are not yet included.
So all you need is -
2-3 metres of fabric, depending on pattern size and fabric width, prewash if washable
Pattern, printed and cut out
0.3 metres of lining
An invisible zip
Top stitching thread
Jeans style press-stud
Waistband interfacing
Machine thread
Stitch all darts
Stitch front pockets to fronts along pocket opening, right sides together
Turn, press, top stitch
Stitch under pocket to front pocket keeping free from front
Prepare pleats and secure pocket and pleats with temporary baste
Stitch front seam, trip, clip, press to one side, top stitch
Baste front lining panel to front, wrong sides together
Insert invisible zip in back seam and complete seam
Stitch back to front along inside leg seam stitching from ankle to ankle
Trim, clip curves, press towards back, top stitch
Stitch outside leg seams
Prepare and attach waistband
Whack in a big press-stud at waistband opening or you can go with a button and buttonhole
