Cancellations

Recurring subscription payments can be easily cancelled from your Profile Pages. Visit your Profile/Payment History and look for 'Cancel Subscription' under the heading 'Your Active Subscriptions'. Membership will continue until the end of the payment cycle.

Digital content is deemed to be delivered when Members have accessed their account. Pattern, Video and eBook downloads are compatible across all browsers. Please Contact Support for assistance with access.
